Register for a 2015 Summer Camp
REGISTRATION FOR THE 2015 CAMP SEASON IS OPEN!!
To Register as a Camper:
- Select a Camp and date from the list below
- You’ll see Camp details, and a form that collects some information, and then directs you to PayPal where you can pay your fee via your PayPal account or with any major credit card.
Please complete and submit your registration Form at least one week in advance of your Camp date. You will receive a confirmation email to the address in the “Mother’s Email” field, as well as a confirmation from PayPal.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- The form takes about 15 minutes to complete, and you must complete your registration by paying your fee online with PayPal or any credit card. See the Sample Forms page if you want to know in advance what information the form will ask you. The form is broken into 4 pages for your convenience. Thanks for your patience.
- Champions must evaluate and accept each potential Camper based on the Camper’s particular disabilities. We will contact you by email with final acceptance within three days to let you know your registration is accepted. Very few Campers are not accepted; if your Camper is not accepted, Champions will immediately issue a refund to your credit card.
